EXPERIENCE

F.C. Tucker Company, Inc.

At F.C. Tucker Company, Inc., my role as the digital director includes duties in digital marketing, search engine optimization, project management, training, and some coding as needed.

In digital marketing, I assist with creating social media campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and measuring the results of these campaigns. I use a variety of tools that include Google AdWords, AdRoll, Ahrefs.com, Google Trends, and other digital tools.

My SEO duties puts me at the forefront of our search engine optimization strategies. These strategies include on-page and off-page seo such as content creation, social media campaigns, and creating internal triggers to encourage our agents and staff to promote our site on social media.

I'm also fortunate enough to lead a development team for our consumer facing website and our internal website for real estate agents. This skilled team of developers fix bugs, release new features, and maintain both of these websites.

Finally, I am involved with training our agents on new tools that become available. These tools are geared towards enhancing an agents business.

I am a licensed real estate agent and my license is currently in referrals.

Udacity

The Nanodegree covered the web fundamentals needed to become a Front-End Web Developer. This course started out with the basics of HTML & CSS and quickly moved to JavaScript, Object-Oriented JavaScript, and the use of libraries such as jQuery and Knockout.js. In addition to these fundamentals, Udacity taught me how to use web developer tools to improve page speed and how to identify potential issues.

I modified six different projects that included an interactive resume, an arcade game, clone, and a local neighborhood map. Click the link attached to this card to view the neighborhood map.

Here's an overview about Nanodegree from Udacity.com.

"Master the skills required to become a Front-End Web Developer, and start building beautiful, responsive websites optimized for mobile and desktop performance. Learn the fundamentals of how the web works and gain a working knowledge of the three foundational languages that power each and every website: HTML, CSS and JavaScript." - Udacity
